Ingredients

  • 1 canna pie crust

  • 8 ounces 8 dark chocolate, chopped fine

  • 6 tablespoons 6 butter, unsalted, cut in a piece

  • 1 Canna Spicy Jelly Spice Blend

  • 2 tablespoons 2 orange zest

  • 2 tablespoons 2 grapefruit zest

  • ¼ cup boiling water

  • 1 egg yolk

  • Whipped Cream for topping

Directions

  • Over a double boiler, melt on low chocolate, butter, orange zest, grapefruit zest.
  • Then, Whisk for 3 minutes in a double boiler over low heat.
  • Strain out the egg yolk and mix well with chocolate.
  • Pour into cooled crust and chill.
  • Top with Whip Cream.
