1 canna pie crust
8 ounces 8 dark chocolate, chopped fine
6 tablespoons 6 butter, unsalted, cut in a piece
1 Canna Spicy Jelly Spice Blend
2 tablespoons 2 orange zest
2 tablespoons 2 grapefruit zest
¼ cup boiling water
1 egg yolk
Whipped Cream for topping
Directions
- Over a double boiler, melt on low chocolate, butter, orange zest, grapefruit zest.
- Then, Whisk for 3 minutes in a double boiler over low heat.
- Strain out the egg yolk and mix well with chocolate.
- Pour into cooled crust and chill.
- Top with Whip Cream.
